At Amelie Official, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
